Iniala’s chefs use their skills and creativity to create dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning. The menus feature a variety of classic Thai dishes, as well as more modern interpretations. Guests can enjoy everything from pad Thai and green curry to lobster with mango sticky rice and wagyu beef with massaman sauce.

In-Villa Dining

Guests who prefer to dine in the privacy of their villa can take advantage of Iniala’s in-villa dining service. The resort’s chefs can create any dish on the menu, or they can create a custom menu to suit the guest’s individual needs and preferences. All meals at IBH will be in-villa dining. Each villa will be an indoor dining room and the outdoor dining by the pool or on the rooftop for the residences.

Private Dining Experiences

Iniala Beach House also offers a variety of private dining experiences, perfect for romantic dinners, special occasions, or groups of friends. Guests can choose to dine on the beach or in the gardens. The resort’s staff will take care of all the details, from setting up the table to serving the meal.

Since Childhood, Chef Jay was taught and encouraged by her mother who taught her the secrets of family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Authentic Northern dishes and methods which have been honed each time she cooks.

Chef Jay is intensely proud of his heritage and has made it his mission to bring these ‘Kaow Soi’ recipes to light, which are slowly dying as each generation passes.

But it is not only local Northern Thai dishes that Jay is passionate about, but she’s also driven to seek out and learn the local dishes from each province which he has worked tirelessly to add to his repertoire.

Chef Jay’s love of cooking is connected to nature, using raw and organic ingredients to create delicious dishes that tell their own story. Experimenting with these ingredients to unleash their own uniqueness.

Aulis Phuket

Simon Rogan, the internationally acclaimed British chef, restaurateur and farm-to-table pioneer presents Aulis Phuket, his award-winning chef’s table concept, in at Iniala Beach House.

Seating only 15 guests at a time, Aulis Phuket sparks culinary conversations whilst offering front-row views of the chefs at work. True to Simon’s ethos, the menu explores and experiments with hyper local ingredients, developing and perfecting flavours and techniques to create an almost entirely unique experience each service.

The chef’s table restaurant is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday, and lunch on Sunday.
