Analā Thailand
Helmed by award-winning chef and restaurateur Ian Kittichai, Analā Thailand is a brand-new beach barbeque restaurant located on the pristine sands of Natai Beach at Iniala Beach House.
Offering elevated Thai dishes from all four regions of Thailand, Analā showcases beloved favourites through a family-style sharing set menu, as well as daily caught fish and premium meat freshly grilled on the barbeque.
Analā Thailand will be open every evening Monday – Sunday from 18:30 – 21:30 (last seating) from December 1st. With a menu that changes daily over eight days, guests can experience new Thai flavours every evening.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Ian Kittichai is a renowned chef celebrated for his unique approach to classic flavours and ingredients with varied cooking techniques. He has founded and partnered in diverse award-winning restaurants and concepts around the world. He also has an international F&B consulting and content production firm, an R&D kitchen, a private dining atelier and a number of high-profile television shows, including the Emmy-nominated MasterChef Thailand.
Aulis Phuket
Seating only 15 guests at a time, Aulis Phuket sparks culinary conversations whilst offering front-row views of the chefs at work. True to Simon’s ethos, the menu explores and experiments with hyper local ingredients, working hand in hand with local farmers and growers from across Thailand and Asia. The result is an almost entirely unique experience each service.
The chef’s table restaurant Aulis Phuket is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday at 19:00.

Simon Rogan MBE is an internationally renowned, award-winning chef, recognised as one of the pioneers of the farm-to-table movement. Since founding his debut restaurant L’Enclume in 2002, which currently holds three Michelin stars, Simon has built his own sustainably-operated farm and is now chef patron of ten award-winning restaurants across London, The Lake District, Malta, Hong Kong and Thailand.

Since childhood, Chef Jay was taught by her mother the secrets of family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Yet Chef Jay’s culinary passion extends beyond northern Thai cuisine as she eagerly explores signature dishes from around the world, adding her own touch to each one. Nature plays a profound role in Chef Jay’s approach to cooking, she embraces raw, organic ingredients, uncovering their distinct qualities and weaving them into narratives through her culinary creations.
