Iniala’s chefs harness their skills and creativity to create dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning. The menus feature a variety of classic Thai dishes, alongside more modern interpretations. From the comforting flavors of pad Thai and green curry to the indulgence of lobster with mango sticky rice and wagyu beef with massaman sauce, there’s something to delight every palate. The resort’s chefs are also happy to create custom menus to suit individual dietary needs and preferences.

Aulis Phuket

Simon Rogan, the internationally acclaimed British chef, restaurateur and farm-to-table pioneer, presents Aulis, his award-winning chef’s table concept, at Iniala Beach House.

Seating only 15 guests at a time, Aulis Phuket sparks culinary conversations whilst offering front-row views of the chefs at work. True to Simon’s ethos, the menu explores and experiments with hyper local ingredients, developing and perfecting flavours and techniques to create an almost entirely unique experience each service.

The chef’s table restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday at 19:00.

Our exclusive Thai beach barbecue restaurant will offer elevated cuisine centered around traditional Thai home cooking.  Each evening, our team of award-winning chefs will create a unique menu showcasing Thailand’s beloved home classics alongsisde our unique take on Thai home cooking.  Located on our private beach with stunning views of the Andaman sea, Baaan Beach promises to offer a paradisiacal dining experience.

The Campana Lounge – coming soon 

From breakfast classics to traditional sushi, the Campana Lounge will bring all-day global dining to Iniala from November 2024.

Nestled within our stunning Collector’s Villa, overlooking our beachfront infinity pool, the Campana Lounge will be offering an array of dishes from around the world, morning to night. Iniala Beach House’s Chef Jay – Winner of  2020 ‘Iron Chef Thailand’.

Since childhood, Chef Jay was taught by her mother the secrets of family recipes and Thai traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Chef Jay is extremely proud of her heritage and has made it her mission to preserve and share these authentic ‘Khao Soi’ recipes of northern Thailand, which are slowly dying as each generation passes. With each preparation, Chef Jay refines these traditional dishes, honing her skills and techniques to safeguard their cultural significance.

Yet Chef Jay’s culinary passion extends beyond northern Thai cuisine. She eagerly explores local dishes from every province in Thailand, expanding her repertoire and enriching her understanding of regional flavors and techniques.

Nature plays a profound role in Chef Jay’s approach to cooking. She embraces raw, organic ingredients, uncovering their distinct qualities and weaving them into narratives through her culinary creations.
