We are thrilled to announce that Aulis Phuket has been awarded its first Michelin Star less than a year after opening.
Helmed by multi-award-winning chef Simon Rogan, Aulis Phuket opened in the gardens of Iniala Beach House in December 2023. The menu at this intimate 15-seat chef’s table restaurant reflects a dedication to our local surroundings and native produce in Thailand. Aulis Phuket’s dining experience fully immerses guests into the Simon Rogan philosophy, centred on a deep respect for seasonality and locality mastered at Simon Rogan’s three Michelin-starred L’Enclume in Cartmel, UK.
